Prenatal Doulas are available to guide you through your beginning stages of pregnancy. We will work with you and your family to prepare for labor.

GOALS:
Identify preferences, goals, and needs for both the birth and postpartum period
Provide accurate resources for pregnancy and parenting education
Construct adaptive and personalized visions, one for birth, one for postpartum
Help create a network of local services available to support your unique parenting journey
CARE INCLUDES:
Free initial 30-minute consultation
Unlimited contact via phone, text & email between 38 weeks and 2 weeks postpartum
Three prenatal visits + 1 postpartum home visit
Customized birth preferences planning guide
Basic childbirth education
Labor planning with comfort measures and positions, exercises, guided meditation and visualization tools
Nutrition & self-care consultation
Education session with your partner to be engaged and informed at the birth
FAQs for your place of delivery
Recommended reading list & continued education resources (podcasts, articles, books)
referrals and local resource list specified for your needs (lactation, body work & continued education)
1-2 hour postpartum home visit

On call 24/7 from week 38
Continuous labor care, birth and 2 hours postpartum

One postpartum follow up visit which includes nutrition, lactation information

A back up doula in case of any emergencies
