POSTPARTUM DOULA
Postpartum Doulas are available to provide care & support the birthing person and family as they transition post labor.
Postpartum services consist of day and/or overnight home visits. Preset or customizable packages available. Our hourly rate is $40/hr for day visits and $45/hr for overnights. Details of packages can be discussed during a free 30 minute consultation. Contact us to schedule!
GOALS:
Identify preferences, goals, and needs for both the postpartum period
Provide accurate resources for postpartum period and parenting education
Construct adaptive and personalized visions for postpartum
Work on physical comfort measures
Help create a network of local services available to support your unique parenting journey
Assistance with body or bottle feeding, baby wearing, etc.
Discuss newborn care and best practices
Space to process birth experiences
Providing home support such as dishes, baby laundry & grocery shopping
Planning & cooking of nutritious meals
Welcome home - 2 weeks postpartum ($750)

Unlimited contact via phone, text & email up to 2 weeks postpartum
2 postpartum home visits
At home pre-birth intake (if applicable)
Welcome home extended visit (up to 5 hours in week one)
Breastfeeding transition support
Comfort measures & positions
Nutrition & self-care consultation
1 post natal yoga class
Recommended reading list & continued education resources (podcasts, articles, books)
Referrals and local resource list specified for your needs
Growing strong - 4 weeks POSTPARTUM ($1,500)

Add-on hourly support available - $45/hour
Tuesday-Thursday
AM Shift: 8-1pm
PM Shift: 12-5pm
